Return Policy

Please note that you can return the part to us within 14 days of receiving it. The buyer will have to pay for return postage and it has to be clearly marked with your Order ID for identification. It is recommended that any part sent back is sent via tracked delivery and preferably in the same packing it was sent in.

Once we are in receipt of the part, it will be tested for any damage or fault, and then the refund will be applied according to our terms of service. Please note that if the part is found to be maliciously damaged or if it is determined that the part has gone faulty after incorrect use or installation, then NO REFUND would be given. That is why we strongly suggest to have your TV tested by a professional before purchasing/installing any part or E-mail us for any support required.

All our parts are tagged to monitor fraud, so we would only request you to kindly be considerate of our time and effort, as we will not entertain any such claims which we find to be in-line of this crime. No refunds will be given in such case and the person will be reported to the Police.
