Q- Where do you get your parts from?
A- Majority o our parts are sourced from working TVs with damaged screens which have been written off due to the economics of the repair. Most of these TVs are brand new or only a few years old. Therefore, the parts inside are fully operational and have very little wear on them.
Q- How long warranty do you provide on your products?
A- We give our buyers 30 Days warranty on any product they purchase from us. Unless it is a brand new part from the manufacturer, then that will come with 90 days warranty.
Q- Can you supply brand new parts / part that you do not have in stock?
A- Yes we can, as long as the part is being manufactured, we can always get it for you. Please note that brand new parts are not covered in our returns policies as we order them from the manufacturer who would not accept those returns. Please fill in an enquiry form by clicking here.
Q- Are your parts tested?
A- Yes. Each part is thoroughly tested before being stocked and also tested before dispatch.
Q- Do you also repair TVs?
A- Yes, we do. We repair all major brands of LED, LCD and Plasma TVs, however, that is a service offering of our Mother firm: CESN. Please contact them directly for any TV repair services you may need.
Q- Do you supply screen panels?
A- Yes, we do get some TVs with perfectly good screens time to time. The only issue we would have is to post them. But you are welcome to collect it from our workshop anytime.
Q- Do you sell refurbished TVs?
A- Yes, we do sell refurbished TVs. You can keep a watch at our products as keep adding them every now and then. Due to our cheap prices most of them go within days.
Q- Do you have an Ebay store?
A- Not at the moment we don’t
Q- Can we come and collect parts from your workshop?
A- Yes you are welcome anytime during our opening hours.
